About this Role: The Licensing and Compliance Coordinator ("Coordinator") is an integral member of Community Reach Center's Quality Improvement ("Division") Division. The Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, reviewing compliance standards maintains quality assurance functions. The Coordinator will partner with other departments to ensure training is assigned and completed. Additionally, the Coordinator will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Director of Quality Improvement. Essential Functions: * Develops, reviews, and updates policies, procedures, and forms related to Compliance standards. * Leads company Licensing requirements to ensure company is meeting all regulatory requirements. * Research, analyze, and evaluate changes to applicable federal and local statues, rules, regulations, and other compliance standards. * Creates, modifies, and disperses all EHR trainings and user manuals. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure employees are enrolled and assigned proper training(s). * Administrator for the LMS system * Partner with external auditor(s) to coordinate licensing site visits for audit requirements Qualifications: * Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or directly related field, Master's degree preferred. * 2+ years of direct compliance experience. * Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products. * Communication, organization, time management and clinical skills. * Bilingual Spanish preferred.
