Maintenance Crewman AT THE Washington County Legacy Park FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS $20.98 PER HOUR Performs a variety of skilled and regular maintenance duties and event set up/take down as needed for the day-to-day operations of the Legacy Park facilities including event venues, arenas, stalls, and landscaping. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Knowledge of facility maintenance and repair. * Knowledge of equestrian activities and facilities. * Ability to operate simple to complex heavy equipment i.e., tractors, water trucks, front end loaders, forklift, etc. * Maintain effective preventive maintenance programs. * Knowledge of equipment and materials used in construction and maintenance operations. * Knowledge of safety and risk management practices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Graduation from high school. AND * Experience with operation of medium and heavy equipment, carpentry, plumbing, painting and other related fields, preference given for experience in recreation facility maintenance. OR * An equivalent combination of education and experience. SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: * Must possess a valid Utah Driver's license. * Must be available for 24-hour emergency call out. * Schedule requires regular weekend and evening work and some holidays.
