Essential Job Duties The Employment Coordinator will support the Elevate program's mission by managing and coordinating internships and work experiences for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This position emphasizes creating person-centered, strengths-based employment opportunities that align with each student's aspirations. Additionally, the coordinator will offer technical support to employers, helping them create a successful workplace environment. Other Responsibilities Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field (Master's preferred), plus two years of relevant experience. * Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, particularly in employment or educational settings.
