Additionally, this role plans, develops, implements and administers employee development programs for Company employees. Additionally, the Organizational Development Manager is responsible for the creation and integration of employee development programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the Company. * Measure the effectiveness of training materials, facilitation, and program objectives via survey and other means. * Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans. * Provides a broad range of advisory services to all levels of employees including subject matter experts (SME) tasked with facilitating an internal training program. * Facilitates in-person, virtual soft skills and development program content. * Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors/facilitators for appropriate topics based on the business's needs. * Facilitates communication among employees and management via development plan and performance improvement conversations. * Consults with management on performance development and improvement opportunities. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and operational/departmental performance. * Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, procedures and strategies tailored to meet learning and development needs and program goals. * Directs eLearning initiatives including development and procurement. * Provides consultative services to the business units regarding mentoring and developing employees. * Responsible for program development and oversight of Alberici's new hire training program, Technical Training, Field Supervision training and Leadership programs. * Prepares and assesses Alberici's talent review and succession planning processes. * Responsible for special projects as assigned by the Director and Vice President. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Reads, analyzes, edits, and interprets information so that it is presented to clients and other stakeholders in a professional and partnership mindset. * Responds effectively to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. * Effectively presents information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field and five to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field a plus. SPHR certification strongly recommended.
