Job Summary (Primary Purpose): * Provide training, facilitation and technical assistance to campuses in the area of restorative practices utilizing the International Institute for Restorative practices framework. * Mediation training to LEA's to assist in the development of the Facilitated Individual Education Program (FIEP) process, as well as other FIEP trainings required by the grant. * Provide onsite and training support in the area of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, Coaching Classroom Management. * Support Special Education initiatives and compliance as a Certified TIER Essentials, Behavior Supports, and Cultural Linguistic Responsive Practices trainer and coach. * Responsible for conducting network meeting for the Family Liaison Action Group and Special Education Family Engagement and submit the quadratics to the state lead. * Support R13 districts in compliance with Chapter 37 student discipline and Manifestation Determination and Review. Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Education/Certificates): * Master's degree or higher preferred * Specialized training in behavior and behavior coaching * Special Education certification required Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Education/Certificates): * Knowledge of best practices in early childhood behavioral intervention * Certification in Behavioral Threat Assessment and AS+K Suicide Prevention * Classroom management support * Multi-lingual Knowledge/Skills (Experience): * Experience with mediation and conflict resoultion * Specialized knowledge in the area of restorative practices * Facilitation of meetings * Ability to manage multiple projects * Familiar with the MTSS framework and expertise in implmentatation of PBIS, classroom management, and leadership and character development.
