What You Will Do * Develop trusted supplier and client relationships, bringing a focused discipline based on sound economic thinking to the achievement of goals and objectives. * Lead negotiation strategies, including commercial (pricing, length of term, scope, etc.) and legal terms (confidentiality, limitations of liability, etc.) that create near and long-term value. * Engage and collaborate directly with leadership and decision-makers to drive successful negotiation strategies and collaboration. * Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and M&A activity and apply this knowledge to create long-term strategic plans.
