Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, collaborating with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, to drive growth and enterprise value. Strategy will help our clients: * Identify strategies for growth and value creation. * Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision. Maximize technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies. The Strategy Research Analyst is responsible for conducting detailed research and analysis and contributing to report development to inform strategic decision-making processes. This role will play a critical part in identifying market trends, emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Requires a blend of analytical skills and writing skills. Must live in or near Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; or Philadelphia, PA. Work you'll do: * Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Analyze competitor strategies and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. * Data Interpretation: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to generate insightful reports. Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for various stakeholders. * Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with the strategy team to develop actionable strategies based on research findings. Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives. * Reporting:  Use strong writing skills to develop comprehensive reports detailing research findings, analysis, and recommendations. Present these to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. * Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multiple teams (such as sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure strategic alignment. Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience performing relevant research and presenting final analysis. Strong written and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and translate it into actionable strategies. * 2+ years' experience in various research tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics. * 1+ years experience in writing articles, published papers, and/or technical writing * Expert user in all Microsoft Office tools * Excellent presentation skills * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. * Must live in a commutable distance to one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
