Position Start Date No Earlier Than December 23, 2024 Preferred Qualifications: * English language communications required. * Excellent customer service skills. * Advanced computer skills; Opera, Workbook, and Delphi.fdc systems experience preferred. * One year of experience in the hotel industry is preferred. * Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: * Develops a relationship with clients by reaching out once a contract has been made, and then maintaining contact on a regular basis. * Prepares resumes. * Responsible for blocking group rooms prior to arrival. * Prints keys and checks group guests in on day of arrival. * Makes any changes to rooming lists or reservations for client once the group arrives. * Works with Housekeeping, Engineering, Meetings & Events, and Sales to satisfy all client requests. * Maintains accurate recaps of groups and high transient periods. * Attends pre-conference meetings when required. * Reviews group resumes and billing profile information. * Answers department phone lines. * Other duties as assigned.
