Job Description/Responsibilities Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving the success of leading brands? You'll be at the forefront of executing dynamic brand strategies, managing activation plans, and spearheading new business development (NBD) initiatives. Your work will ensure our brands grow and thrive, aligning with our company's goals. Key Responsibilities: * Drive Strategic Execution: Take ownership of executing strategic plans, annual marketing initiatives, and budget management for your assigned categories/brands. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our sales and profit objectives. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments-including Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance-to transform our brands into profitable consumer businesses. Ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong supplier relations and effective communication. * Lead NBD Initiatives: Support the ideation, development, and execution of NBD opportunities that fuel growth for your categories/brands. Navigate these projects through internal teams and processes to deliver timely and cost-effective results. * Manage Creative Excellence: Oversee agency efforts to deliver top-notch creative solutions, from packaging to promotions, PR, and media. Your input will ensure that all marketing materials for your brands are impactful and efficient. * Prioritize and Optimize: Focus your time and resources on the most critical Brand Category Strategic Plans (BCSPs). Use data tools to measure success, analyze progress, and support the team in creating actionable plans to close gaps. * Organize and Lead: Set clear priorities for yourself and your project team. Ensure everyone understands their roles, keeps updated on progress, and completes priorities successfully. Utilize the PPT system to communicate effectively and facilitate project milestones. * Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic brand planning, new initiatives, and special projects for your assigned categories/brands. Your insights will help shape the future of our brand portfolio. * Grow Your Career: Develop and follow a robust action plan that aligns with your career goals. Use the Career Development System to track your progress and continuously build the skills and experiences that will propel you forward. * Champion Continuous Improvement: Utilize the Professional Development System to identify improvement areas and regularly invest in growing your skills as outlined in your Development Plan. Qualifications/Requirements To be successful in the role, you'll need the following requirements: Apply with a great resume showcasing your results and accomplishments! * Education: Bachelor's Degree * Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role getting large new business development projects through an organization. * Tech Savvy: High comfort with technology and systems, and the ability to quickly learn new tools. * Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with all levels of the organization. * Multi-Tasker: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. * Master Planner: Strong planning and organizational skills to keep everything on track. * Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to support your projects and teams * Project Pro: Experience in project management or implementation and delivering results. * Fast-Paced Environment: Thrives in dynamic, fast-moving settings where every day brings new challenges. Preferred Qualifications: Your Edge Over the Competition * Specialized Degree: An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications. * Industry Insight: Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. * Financial Savvy: Experience with budgeting, planning, or financial analysis. * New Business Development Expertise: 1 year of experience in New Business Development, driving growth and innovation. Physical Requirements: What You'll Need * Driver's License: A valid driver's license for any necessary travel. * Remote Readiness: The ability to work effectively from a remote location. * Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for the little things that make a big difference. Compensation: Placement within the salary range is calculated based on years of directly relatable experience for the position.
