A Day in the Life * Evaluate the product impact of any non-conformances or changes implemented into production. * Conduct comprehensive failure analysis on yield fallout or field returns to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. * Manage projects across the product portfolio to drive closure on quality issues or yield fallout, focusing on minimizing product costs. * Collaborate closely with internal and external suppliers, operations, process engineering, quality assurance teams, and other organizational units to identify and mitigate risks affecting the product portfolio. Must Have: Minimum Requirements * Bachelors degree * Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience Nice to Have * Bachelor's Degree in in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar discipline. * Experience with product failure analysis. * Project Management experience.
