Job Description Lobel Financial is searching for an Administrative Assistant who can assist the executive staff and help improve productivity. The Assistant will be responsible for maintaining ongoing business files, marketing tasks, translating documents, reconciling and filing statements, assisting with mailers, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Organizational ability is a must, and the successful marketing assistant is also able to multi-task and switch between duties with little trouble. Since this position is often used as a liaison between corporate departments, solid communication skills are favored. A familiarity with Microsoft Office is also encouraged for the clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to one or more corporate executives * Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as brochures and web banners * Help organize events like exhibitions and tradeshows, making bookings and providing branch offices with attendee information * Translate and proofread copy from English to Spanish * Help design and/or edit ads in Photoshop * Liaise with association memberships and monitor websites for accuracy * Be the main point of contact for external designers, printers, associations and other external marketing entities * Regularly prepare and/or update presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and graphs * Assist with the preparation of yearly mailers and other marketing materials * File and organize statements, invoices, and pertinent receipts Skills & Qualifications * Proficient in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, excel, word, spreadsheets * Basic knowledge of Photoshop * Bilingual English/Spanish * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to write and read Spanish * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to serve as the point of contact for all marketing and administrative tasks and duties Company Benefits * 401K with company match * Paid vacation and sick time * Medical, dental and vision insurance * Optional life insurance
