The Campaign Coordinator position supports formulary and utilization management disruption analysis for member communications during new client implementation. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: * Executing and tracking outbound communications, utilizing the Unica and/or Adobe technology platform * Follow best practices for outbound communications * Work within cross - functional teams, using data and analytics and technologies to drive decisioning * Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change * Develop understanding of how relevant databases are structured, and the interrelationships among their data elements/structures * Develop and demonstrate understanding of business requirements to drive data analysis/ interpretation/application * Maintain business process documentation for use within the team, and identify/recommend opportunities for improvement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.
