We are on the look out for a talented lawyer to join our fun, vibrant, family orientated team in a full time permanent role. You will work alongside our experienced employment team acting for a range of clients, both employers and employees in matters including mediations, restructures and redundancies, personal grievances, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, ERA hearings and Employment Court attendances. The successful applicant will ideally have: 2-4+ years PQE and have prior knowledge and experience working in employment law. The ability to run an employment file independently as well as work on shared files collaboratively with our team. Sound knowledge and understanding of employment relationships, contracts, workplace policies, performance management processes, disciplinary processes, redundancies and restructures, health and safety processes. Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. The legal right to work in New Zealand.
