Position Summary We are on the lookout for a versatile Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts as the first hire. This role involves not only elevating our brand presence and leveraging financial expertise to target audiences effectively but also leading the entire spectrum of marketing activities, from branding initiatives to hands-on field marketing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on value-driven campaigns and thought leadership. * Lead field marketing initiatives, including conferences and other industry events, to enhance brand visibility. * Implement automation and analytical tools to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring accountability and continual improvement. * Own lead generation and performance marketing, managing digital advertising strategies to amplify brand engagement and increase conversions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * A proactive attitude and eagerness to embrace continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-evolving business environment. * Demonstrated success in crafting impactful, value-added content, particularly for LinkedIn campaigns. * Creative experience in unconventional or "guerilla" marketing strategies, exploring innovative approaches beyond traditional methods. Education & Experience * 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally from a fintech or accounting background. * Proven expertise in orchestrating and executing field marketing activities. * Robust analytical skills. * Background in fintech or accounting - a significant advantage. * Experience from a SaaS company.
