Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist Department: Creative & Design Country: United States of America State/Province: Arkansas City: Lowell Full/Part Time: Full time Job Summary: Under routine supervision, this position is responsible for creating and producing marketing content intended for both internal and external audiences. This position will assist in the development of marketing communications strategies that support corporate and business unit short-term and long-term objectives. This position is responsible for producing organic content, for internal client needs. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Assist in content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement. * Work in a team environment and collaborate on content ideas and goals. * Research facts to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors and misstatements. * Measure and optimize content on a regular and ongoing basis. * Generate content for email, blogs, video scripts, press releases, case studies, testimonials and more for internal and external platforms. * Ensure all materials are consistent with brand and style standards and written in a manner to advocate our service offerings. * Project manage full internal campaigns from start to finish, present project plans, measure and report on program and campaign results. * Conduct research and interviews for writing assignments Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: * High School Diploma and 3 or more years of experience developing high-quality content for a brand or agency &/or military equivalent, OR * Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations. * Strong portfolio of previous work. Preferred Qualification: * Bachelor's degree with English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or related field and a strong portfolio AND/OR * Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences: * Ability to work from a content calendar and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate on strategy. * Knowledge of various styles of writing (AP, APA, MLA, Web, etc.). This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. Compensation: Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
