Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Brand Manager, Beverage Innovation! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. Do you love following trends? Under guidance from the Director of Beverage Innovation, you will be responsible for identifying new product growth opportunities as well as identifying key consumer insights/needs, gaps and defining the best way to bring them to market. You will lead cross-functional teams from product platform ideation all the way to launch. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, traditional CPG marketing experience and someone who is eager to play a critical role in transformational beverage innovation. A Day in the Life... * Partner with the Director of Beverage Innovation to craft a compelling innovation strategy & multi-year pipeline inclusive of the shelf stable juice category and new beverage categories and platforms. * Effectively commercialize innovation, from market assessment to new product development and commercialization, including positioning, design, and activation for new product launches * Develop business objectives and marketing plans for to drive awareness, trial and repeat for new innovation platforms * Lead feasibility validation, product, project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance; customer business teams to develop and execute innovation plans. * Work hand-in-hand with sales to understand and integrate customer strategies in business and brand plans. * Manage monthly volume forecast, coordinating between demand and supply planning to deliver best-in-class forecast accuracy; manage brand budget including A&P spending for assigned product responsibility. Drive for results and follow-through. * Relationship. A straight-shooter who values and respects team members.
