We focus on providing a high level of customer service to our clients and client management team. You must be able to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment and possess strong problem solving, technical, presentation and relationship management skills. We require all management members to maintain a positive employee cultural environment, maintain quality and service level standards, mitigate risk and most importantly manage staff to be successful in their career growth. You are responsible to ensure daily productivity standards, including reports are being maintained. Managing the business and team to be scalable & expense driven is critical to the success of the department and has a high value to the Correspondent channel. The purchasing of bifurcated loans produces growth for our Servicing team. You will play a critical role to ensure the team and processes are ready to meet the needs of our clients. This is a hybrid (3 days in office Mon-Wed / 2 days remote Thurs. & Fri.) role based in Jacksonville Fl. This is role does not offer relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship. Job Responsibilities * Maintain established productivity, quality and risk control standards for team (team of 6 associates) * Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly review of department reporting * Mitigate risk by continuous review of procedures and data * Complete performance reviews timely as set by Chase standards, ensuring all staff members are engaged and successful in their career path * Maintain an open dialogue with internal partners ensuring the performance of the Bifurcated program is highly successful * Engage with system support groups to ensure all applications are working as designed * Support business resource groups ensuring a positive employee culture Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills * A minimum of 5 years management experience in the field of loan origination, processing and closing * A minimum of 3-5 years of loan origination processing and closing * A minimum of 2-4 years Mortgage Servicing experience * Ability to prioritize and deal with multiple tasks in a fast paced and evolving environment * Team and individual contributor * Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions * Strong Microsoft skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint with the ability be to present to team and partners * Must be able to adapt to changes and be able to present and make those changes smoothly for your team Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills * Recent knowledge of the Encompass origination system
