Completes various paperwork for each patient, including health care proxy, consent of treatment, financial Releases, and Medicare rights, as well as other forms, documents and releases. High school graduation required. Good typing skills of at least 25 wpm. Healthcare experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform in a team-oriented environment. Must possess good customer service skills.
