To thrive as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Behr, you must have excellent relationship building skills as well as strong detail and quality orientation. Using a variety of systems, including an applicant tracking system (ATS), human capital management (HCM) and Microsoft suite, you will ensure a smooth and positive onboarding for all new hires across the organization. You must be able to maintain data integrity and compliance within the day-to-day transactions you will be processing. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is vital to keeping our candidates and hiring managers informed on the progress of a candidate's onboarding journey with proactive communication. Every day your duties will include a mix of calls to candidates to start their onboarding journey or schedule their first day, outreach to our background vendor to check on the status of a background check, arranging pre-employment testing with our clinics, and conducting orientation. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the HRIS manager with audits of Workday (HCM) and entering appropriate correction tickets. Main Responsibilities of the Role: * Coordinate candidate background checks and other pre-employment activities and serve as the primary contact with the background check vendor. * Maintain data integrity and compliance in both the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems by managing day to day data input requirements. * Responsible for compliance in record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms, etc. * Manage all new hire processes including new hire packets, orientation materials, and maintain proper handoffs of the new hire process to the field-based People Services team. Requirements of the Role: * High School education required. BS/BA degree is Human Resources or Business preferred. * Minimum of 2 years administrative or customer service experience required.
