ENGINEERING TECH III/DRAFTER II| KAIYUH SERVICES, LLC JOB OVERVIEW Kaiyuh Services, LLC (KSL) is seeking an Engineering Tech III/Drafter II to join our team. This position performs work on modification drawings which are drawings created to address process or equipment changes. The pay for this position is $21.68 and includes a Health and Welfare contribution of $7.14 per hours worked to be contributed towards the benefit plan. Other benefits include paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, employee assistance program, and 401(k). WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Performs work on converted drawings which are drawings that were previously created in Tagged Image Format and have been converted to AutoCAD file format. * Performs work on as-built drawings which are drawings that show the final configuration, for instances when the physical details don't match the original drawings due to vendor variations, changes, or any other changes that may have occurred after the original drawing was created. * Performs work on revised drawings which are drawings that are amended from their original condition due to changes before the final completion of the job. * Performs work on paper drawings which are drawings that that are scanned, cards created, and added to the system. * Produces technical graphs and data sheets for use in the evaluation of operating performance. * Produces technical graphs and data sheets from raw process measurements for use in the monitoring and identification of trends, anomalies, and various performance metrics to include, but is not limited to, graphs and spreadsheets of normalized permeate flow, pressure drop coefficient, salt rejection and water transport coefficient. Graphs and spreadsheets shall utilize industry standard calculations, approved by the Government, be accurate and of professional appearance. * Perform incidental tasks related to the position as well as various duties, as assigned, to support the overall objectives/goals of the team while maintaining a positive attitude. ABOUT YOU * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience using AutoCAD in Industrial Environments. * Knowledge of AutoCAD standards. * Basic concept of eDRAWS. * Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience using Excel. * Ability to pass a background and drug screening. * Experience in Alaska Native Corporations preferred but not required. WORK ENVIRONMENT The majority of work is performed in a field setting with some work in an office setting and interfaces with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities. During work in the field setting, the candidate will be exposed to an environment typical of the southwest desert.
