About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to support the Content Enablement Tools product team. This position will serve as a product owner across our communications enablement tools and deliver a world-class technology experience by leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing and refining product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery in alignment with Wells Fargo Agile principles by fostering a dynamic and iterative development environment. Responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring the delivery of digital solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the product roadmap to drive execution of organizational objectives. In this role, you will: * Maximize the SCRUM team capacity to deliver a world-class portal experience. * Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver digital transformation solutions. * Define scope for LOB User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post-Production Validation (PPV). * Translate product roadmap, define stories, prioritize story backlog and establish sprint goals. * Collaborate with technology to work through a universal backlog of application enhancements. * Accountable for the socialization of backlog and associated priorities. * Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure alignment to strategic goals. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and refine user stories. * Make real-time decisions during development sprints, providing clarifications and accepting/rejecting user stories based on the evolving needs of the product. * Gather feedback and incorporate it into the product backlog and development plans. Required Qualifications: * 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: * Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment. * Experience executing digital transformation initiatives and concurrent work streams. * Experience managing product delivery initiatives in an Agile environment. * Experience working with Agile project management tools. * Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational risk. * Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations. * Experience conveying product priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
