We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead Renewal by Andersen of Charleston - Hilton Head, a newly established company poised for rapid growth in a highly differentiated market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
This key leadership role is responsible for shaping the company's strategic direction and driving achievement of growth, profitability, and customer experience goals. The General Manager will oversee all facets of the business, including operational efficiency, budget management, and the development of leadership talent within the organization. General Manager will:
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion in alignment with company goals.
· Operational Leadership: Lead a growing cross-functional team overseeing operations, sales, customer care, logistics, installation, and management while indirectly guiding finance, marketing and contact center professionals.
· Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet profit and revenue targets while maintaining cost control.
· Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centered culture, driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring the delivery of premium service.
· Talent Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
· Market Adaptability: Lead the company in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of the Charleston and Hilton Head markets, leveraging data and market insights to enhance competitive positioning.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the face of the company to internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with customers, partners, and the broader community.
· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company operates within legal guidelines and manages risk effectively, maintaining high standards of integrity and corporate responsibility.
