As an IT business analyst, you'll be a critical piece of the team tasked with building a proprietary tool suite in support of pricing proposals. Partnering with developers, testers, business analysts, and subject matter experts, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products in support of pricing analysts and client staff in their efforts to submit clear and accurate Price Proposals to our clients. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
