Requirements * 1+ years of reception and general administrative experience. * Proven accounting experience including financial record keeping and reporting. * Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles/procedures. * Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Shift Details * 4-day workweek (working 32 hours) * 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM * Pay | $19.00 - $21.00 per hour This Front Desk Accounts Payable Clerk position requires the successful candidate to perform various accounting and clerical functions to support the business. The duties include processing day-to-day financial transactions, such as verifying, classifying, computing, and recording accounts payable data using proprietary financial software. The role also involves preparing check payments, auditing credit card transactions of payment, and reconciling accounts payable accounts. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously receiving 100% of all telephone calls and visitors and relaying messages utilizing ARS Products' specific procedures & security protocols.
