High-End Residential Architectural Designer Needed for Luxury Hamptons Project! Revit is a must have! Job Description This renowned firm seeks an intermediate level high-end single-family residential architect with Revit experience. You will work on a luxury 6000 sq ft home in the Hamptons, blending modern and traditional styles. You will join the project in early schematic design and be involved in every aspect of the home's design. The position requires in-office work 5 days a week (lower Manhattan Fi-Di) using the firm's equipment, with some flexibility to work 3 days in-office and 2 days remote depending on the candidate and project progress. Hard Skills * Proficiency in Revit modeling * Experience in 3D Revit visualizations (good quality shaded 3D views) * Producing weekly client presentations under the direction of the Project Architect * Attending and participating in internal design meetings Soft Skills * 3+ years of experience in high-end single-family design * Experience in Revit (sheets, families, design options, views, presentations, design drawings) * Experience in schematic design and design development Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 3-4 Month(s) with the possibility to extend longer or to full-time. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York. The first couple of weeks will be 5 days in person then it would move into a hybrid schedule. Work Environment It's a very collaborative office where you can work on multiple projects simultaneously. Designers are hands-on and very influential in the design of their projects.
