Job Title: 2nd Shift Quality Assurance Technician Job Description This role requires a commitment of 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 3pm to 11pm. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to monitor production personnel to ensure that a consistent quality product is being manufactured. You will be an integral part of the SQF program and participate in GMP audits for KPI metrics. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the retain set aside program and ensure the continuous production of products consistent with established standards. You will also help document any failures and ensure that the mechanical personnel are notified of any equipment failures. Your responsibilities will also include performing process checks throughout the production, filling, package integrity and labels checks, net weight checks, and organoleptic checks. You will also monitor HACCP critical control points, calibrate test equipment, drive factory GMP standards, and assist with the Food Safety Training Program. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Lynn, Massachusetts. Work Environment This role requires a commitment of 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 3pm to 11pm.
