Responsibilities Position Overview (Fully Remote) The Investor Relations Analyst will report to the Director of Investor Relations and will be responsible to support variousaspects of the Investor Relations Department, including managing analyst consensus, monitoring competitors, working on the IR calendar events and supporting the earnings release process. Job Responsibilities + Assist in the key roles of the earnings release process, including, but not limited to, being the primary person responsible for maintaining and analyzing earnings schedules, verifying earnings documents such as the earnings release, slides, script and public filings + Responsible for maintaining, analyzing and correcting sell-side reports and consensus reporting + Pro-actively initiate and cultivate relationships between all functions. Working with internal groups to research and answer various questions assigned by manager. This includes working with Accounting, Marketing, FP&A, Operations and other groups as needed to analyze and report back on key business drivers. + Develop models sell-side and others to assist in providing valuable feedback and analysis to manager + Proactively evaluate other internal and external drivers of the business for Investor Relations + Evaluate and monitor other businesses in the industry + Compiling, analyzing, and reporting on metrics identified and associated with Investor Relations + All other assigned tasks specific to the investor relations function Qualifications Job Requirements + Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business + Minimum three years of experience in a related field + Ability to multi-task and meet multi-tiered deadlines + Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills + To be successful, candidate must be proactive, engaged, have strong analytical skills, manage through uncertainty and have clear communications with manager + Ability to effectively analyze, summarize, and communicate across all levels of leadership up to the CFO and CEO of the company + Ability to think ahead, be proactive, and demonstrate initiative to solve problems + Strong data analytics, critical thinking, and self-starter skills + Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint Other/State Specific _This role pays between $88,700 to $130,300 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location._ _At Frontdoor certain roles are eligible for additional rewards and incentives.
