The Sr. Program Manager - Stakeholder Engagement will have primary focus on managing client stakeholder engagement on behalf of the Meetings & Events program within Amazon Travel & Events organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining and building relationship with key stakeholders and potential partners across the globe. The primary focus of this role will be focused on fostering and maintaining strong partner relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs, preferences, and challenges while driving programmatic improvements and adaptations. What this job involves * Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Real Estate & Facilities, Corporate Security, Event Productions, Legal, and Risk Management. * Collaborate closely with other communicators and functional leaders at a variety of levels in the company to align content and advocacy efforts to important stakeholder moments. * Provide strategic consult to program communicators seeking to align program content to important stakeholder decision-making points. * Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify and prioritize key stakeholders and their interests. * Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, escalations and coordination efforts. * Craft and deliver strategic communications for stakeholders including presentations, reports, updates and data analysis. * Develop messaging frameworks that strengthen stakeholder and partner awareness of Meetings & Events program. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and engagement activities, providing recommendations for improvements. * Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment of stakeholder engagement activities with project goals and timelines. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance engagement efforts and leverage resources. * Provide training and support to staff on stakeholder engagement and best practices. * Lead development of new service line for client including core functions, KPIs, SLAs and key outcomes. * Identify service, communication and process improvement opportunities throughout the program. * Develop, deliver and implement strategic plan aligning Meetings & Events program to GREF IFM stakeholders. Drive and monitor progress. * Drive innovative solutions in services based on stakeholder feedback and needs * Lead the implementation of best practices and break through innovations. * Utilizing Business Intelligence and Data Analytic tools to uncover hidden value. * Support development, implementation and delivery of training and coaching plans for program professionals * Review current service support models to ensure accuracy and reliability of delivery; with particular emphasis on consistency and strategic partnerships. * Daily leadership of all Events functions across the region, ensuring that all agreed service levels and service standards are met and complied with. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging Business Intelligence, introducing best practices, new tools, process re-engineering, service delivery efficiencies that enhance occupant satisfaction, wellness, safety, and productivity. * Regular reporting and updates to executive and program leadership, clients and colleagues, ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results at all times. Ideal Experience * Min. 10 years of experience in Facilities Management role or Program Management role. * Subject Matter Expert managing marketing activations, meetings, and/or events services across campus and remote environments * Proficient with productivity software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint * Proven ability to define and execute change strategies. * Previous experience with cross-functional teams to dive deep and find solutions to complex problems. * Exceptional communication skills; ability to support cross-functional teams through influence, advice, and modeled behavior versus micromanagement; excellent interpersonal skills; calm under pressure. * A track record of championing speed, flexibility and frugality in the face of rapid change and extremely heavy workload. * Proven self-starter with strong organizational skills, capacity to prioritize, sets aggressive goals and consistently delivers results. * Demonstrated ability to think strategically and successfully execute tactics. * Effective resource management and project management skills.
