Job Duties: * Upload Job Documents into DJC. (Final Submittals, Factory Drawings, O&M's, Etc.) * Update Shipment Statuses in JM * Update ESD / Tracking information in JM * Communicate PLS Job details with PLS Team. * Assist Project Manager in PLS Receiving / Shipments * Assist with Warranty replacements / Freight Claims * Assist Project Manager with invoicing * Assist with O&M's * Job Cleanup / Closeout.
