Event & Space Planning Coordinator A CRG client is seeking an experienced corporate event planning professional to join their team! In addition to planning corporate event functions, this person will also be responsible for planning and coordinating with vendors and other internal departments to ensure events are successful and have all needed arrangements! Compensation: $55,000 + BONUS Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm on-site in South Park area Responsibilities: * Provide event planning services to all levels of the organization for campus events * Ability to understand vision for events and manage delivery expectations * Maintain corporate services events calendar * Monitor conference room calendars for upcoming events * Set-up and maintain Microsoft Planner events and small projects * Work with corporate services teammates to coordinate furniture set-up, food & beverage and housekeeping activities * Be accountable for delivering events on time & on budget * Maintain preferred vendor listing Qualifications: * Experience working in corporate environment in regard to event and space planning * 2+ years of corporate event planning required * Experience interfacing with all levels of an organization * Strong attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and pivot projects as needed.
