Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annual Salary Job Description Summary: Design and development of synchronous and asynchronous learning, leading the creation of dynamic, interactive, and engaging learning experiences that drive skill development across our organization/ Job Description: POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Apply Instructional Design models to design effective learning solutions that help close skill gaps. * Partner with SMEs and Talent Partners to convert technical content into interactive and engaging learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs and styles. * Utilize tools like video, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360, AR and VR technologies, and AI-based platforms to create simulations, gamified learning, hands on learning experiences, and other interactive content. * Curate external content as an alternative, or to compliment content developed in-house. * Partner with Learning Business Partner to implement robust evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for improvement. * Partner with Learning Business Partner to collect and analyze data to measure learner engagement, retention, and performance. * Partner with Learning Systems Manager to ensure that designed content is easily accessible or able to be enrolled in or assigned to on any device * Provide back up Learning Management System Administration, Microsoft SharePoint and Teams Administration. * Complete other responsibilities as assigned. MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, both synchronous asynchronous. * Minimum 3 years of experience demonstrating proficiency in designing learning content with Adobe Captivate/Camtasia/Articulate 360, and video production. * Minimum 1 year of experience designing interactive learning content and simulations or gamified experiences with AI/AR/VR applications.
