HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT: The Sr. Technical Designer will have multiple categories of responsibility to deliver timely and accurate tech packs in accordance with business calendar deadlines. In this role, the Sr, Technical Designer will need to work vertically to manage their category-specific work with their direct reports, and also work laterally across brands and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with brand definitions, consumer segments and products strategies. This role typical reports into Manger or Sr. Manager of Technical Design, potentially has 1-2 direct reports and is based in our on-site work environment. This position requires a higher level of technical, process management and problem-solving skills.
