Salary: $19.20 - $20.16 Department: Culture & Recreation, Recreation Division: Gymnastics FLSA: Non-Exempt Job Description: $500 BONUS $250 ON FIRST CHECK AND $250 AFTER 120-DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT This role will be responsible for teaching recreational gymnastics classes. Examples of Duties: * Instructs participants in gymnastics techniques and programs. * Monitors individual participant's progress on gymnastics skills and techniques. * Choreographs gymnastics routines. * Promotes a safe gymnastics environment. * Assists other organizations (schools, etc.) with lessons and teams. * Monitors the condition of equipment. * Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: * Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training practices * High school diploma or active pursuit thereof, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Ability to earn First Aid & CPR certifications within 6 months of hire.
