Cumulus Media | (Westwood One) has an immediate opening for a full-time, 100% remote Affiliate Operations Specialist. As a Affiliate Operations Specialist, you are responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the quality of Affiliate databases available to the internal and external teams/partners and providing superior first level support to affiliate radio stations and their teams. This role will report directly to Westwood One's Business Analyst. Responsibilities: * Data entry of affiliate agreements & commercial pledges to affiliate database and traffic system * Answer inquiries from client stations and other parties that contact Affiliate Operations for support, routing to internal teams or referring to external partners as necessary * Provide standard and custom reports to internal teams and external partners * Provide affiliate station support: login credentials, download instructions, format clocks, and promotions as well as sending follow up affiliate communication via e-mail * Perform quality reviews of multiple databases - reconcile where necessary * Respond to confidential and time sensitive data-centric queries * Generate documentation around internal processes and procedures * Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of entry and processing Job Requirements: Qualifications: * Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience; associate's degree or other higher education degree preferred. * Knowledge of the US radio landscape a plus, with a focus on play-by-play live sports * Strong analytical skills; Very comfortable working with complex data sets in Excel * Ability to learn quickly to provide and interpret detailed, customized reporting * Strong customer focus * Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written * Ability to analyze and solve problems * Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task * Experience with HTML, CSS, or similar web development platform experience a plus * Experience with Constant Contact (or similar applications) a plus * Experience with electronic document management (DocuSign, PandaDoc, Adobe Sign) a plus * Experience with Counterpoint Traffic & Affiliate Systems a plus What we offer: * Competitive pay * Focused, responsible and collaborative work environment with the ability, to ask "what if" and try innovative solutions * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance coverage * 401K with company match to plan for the long-term * Paid Vacation & Holidays * Parental leave time off benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, wellness, and an employee referral bonus program.
