Get to Know This Role The Network Administrator 3 performs technical work associated with supporting and maintaining virtual desktop infrastructure, server infrastructure, networking, and other related equipment. Reporting to the IS Manager, this position resolves brewery wide technical issues. The Network Administrator 3 works under minimal supervision and has subject matter expertise of the various hardware, software and networking systems being supported. What You Will Do - Network Administrator 2 * Using discretion and independent judgement, analyze and resolve end-user issues and complex technical problems * Under intermittent supervision, will configure, optimize, fine-tune, and monitor system software running on networking equipment * Under intermittent supervision, will install, maintain and upgrade networking equipment * Respond to telephone or email inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software problems; provide reliable and responsive service to internal customers; generate and address WO tickets as needed * Provide reliable and responsive service to internal customers * Recognize and escalate more difficult problems * Support users by providing technical assistance for hardware/software troubleshooting, including training;
