What you'll be doing: * Data Analysis and Process Optimization: Partner with functional teams (for example - HR, Sales and Commercial teams) to gather and analyze business process/data to identify needs and recommend solutions. Analyze industry trends and best practices. * Identify value driven opportunities and drive POCs with clear outcomes: Identify improvement opportunities to advance individual and organizational capabilities; partner with third parties to articulate high level solution requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment; when appropriate, plan & lead proof of concepts to validate solution. * Requirements gathering and documentation: Translate stakeholder needs into clear, well-structured requirements including functional specifications, practitioner stories, and process flows. Drive data driven decision-making to enhance 'fit for purpose' business processes: Assist functional managers in making decisions based on data insights enabling the organization to improve digital acumen; Define outcome-based business process transformation; explore and implement opportunities for process automation. Champion Change Management: Understand process change required to adopt new technology, effectively communicate benefits, and drive organizational change management; motivate affected individuals to embrace change. Risk Management: Identify potential risks of change and recommend mitigations.
