About the team: We are looking for a talented and driven Procurement Manager to join our finance and operation team. You will play a critical role in strategizing to find cost effective deals and suppliers, working closely with cross-functional teams. As our first Procurement manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and grow the procurement function in the long run. Your scope: You will be more specifically in charge of things like... * Developing and implementing of procurement policies aligned with the company's business objectives. * Identifying and building relationships with suppliers and establishing strong procurement partnerships. * Driving innovation and scalability by implementing new technologies, processes, or strategies * Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost-effective terms and conditions in coordination with Legal and Finance teams * Overseeing all procurement and contracting activities, including supplier pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and contract preparation. * In charge of preparing and animating the monthly investment commitee * Collaborate with all departements to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure optimization of the tools/suppliers in place or future ones * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback * Strengthening the skills and performance of internal buyers, increasing the adoption of best procurement practices.
