What you'll be doing: * Create and execute test plans to validate that NPD and sustaining engineering programs meet product requirements. * Execute test strategies to ensure quality, functionality and performance of printers and materials. Work hand-in-hand with R&D, factory, and marketing teams to develop cost-effective test strategies and test plans to mitigate risks. * Work together with product teams as needed to resolve issues in an efficient manner to support product launch plans. * Learn and apply industry standards for printer performance, reliability, and print quality testing. * Assist with development of internal standards and test processes as required. * Understand measurement tools and techniques, and make recommendations for measurement equipment as needed. * Manage printer test labs, equipment, and calibration schedules. * Performs other tasks as required. What you'll need to be successful: * Associates Degree or comparable experience * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and experience writing technical documents. * Must be able to work with minimal supervision. * Ability to take ownership for all aspects of product testing.
