Job Summary:# #The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating the graphic elements necessary to bring the organization#s public affairs, marketing and communication strategies and ideas to life. They accomplish this through providing design, layout and formatting support including creative concepting, branding, print layouts, advertising, photography, videography and a variety of other traditional and new communication tactics. Designs may integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements. The Graphic Designer would be directly involved in the creative execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. Qualifications:###Bachelor#s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, communications or related field of study, as well as two years of direct graphic design experience in an agency or corporate setting. Demonstrates strong knowledge of print, digital and web design using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with photography, videography, or HTML/CSS preferred. Must possess excellent design skills with strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work well under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands. Must be able to listen, think critically and make recommendations that are in line with the corporate brand standards. Must be highly organized, motivated, and have a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service in order to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
