Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: * Life science sector experience and/or advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, MD) * Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. * Strong financial modeling skills. * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. * Bachelor's Degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance. * Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities. * Dedication to building a career in Investment Banking. * Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused collaborative and fast paced team environment with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results. Job Expectations: * FINRA Series 63, 79, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.
