* Work with operations to identify and trouble shoot maintenance problems * Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance and provide suggestions for improving maintenance techniques to improve safety, efficiency and cost * Work with facility supervisor and Operations to plan, and execute machine moves * Install new machines and any provide electrical connections * Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service to repair machines and get them back in operation as soon as possible Assist in project planning * Extensive training in industrial electronics and hydraulics * Must have strong background in machine repair, electrical maintenance and machine troubleshooting * Experience with CNC equipment required * Strong communication skills required * Team player that takes Initiative to make improvements * Two year degree in electrical/industrial electronics, electronics technology, or journeyman electrician * 3 years' applied multi-craft maintenance experience in manufacturing environment * 3 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic/electrical problems with industrial equipment
