Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least three years of experience in Human Resources (any concentration). * Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations. * Experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to various audience levels within an organization. * Willing to travel up to/at least 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications * Certification as a PHR or SPHR as granted by HRCI. * Experience providing field support in a multi-site/location environment. * Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). * Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). * Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns) Salary Range$76300 - $122200 / Salaried
