* Supervise and train host staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and customer service. * Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. Resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. * Coordinate seating and guest arrangements for special events and large parties. Work closely with event planners to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. * Presents a warm, welcoming and outgoing first impression to guests entering and/or passing by the property entrances. * Delivers an enthusiastic and professional greeting to guests upon arrival at dining areas and adds them to the wait list when necessary. * Provides guests with menus and answers any initial questions. * Seats guests at tables and bars. * Assigns guests to tables in the venues they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive a manageable number of tables and a fair opportunity to interact and engage in the sales process. * Engage with guests to ensure happiness with the food and beverage services they receive. * Consistently delivers exceptional service to guests while entertaining in a professional manner in accordance with the Company's brand expectations. * Builds relationships with guests that add value to the guest experience. * Is knowledgeable and helpful about the local area, the hotel and the hotel services, bar and restaurant services. * Participates in in-house modeling programs, guest events, and performs model/presenter tasks at Clevelander events. * Maintains weight and appearance levels consistent with that at time of hire. * Models Clevelander apparel and accessories while greeting guests and maintains an appearance consistent with the Company's brand expectations. * Serves as a Brand Ambassador for Clevelander, using finesse and good judgment. * Always maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures.
