Overview Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination of mid-to high-level proposals and work closely with the marketing and business development teams to build Carollo's brand with external clients. Responsibilities * Assists and collaborates with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development efforts * Leads professional, well planned, and energetic business development efforts for SOQs, proposals, and interviews * Undertakes research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sections * Manages production of deliverables associated with these efforts in conformance with company standards * Understands Client Account Analysis process and facilitates project-specific CAAs * Provides content for proposals and general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by CSMs, project managers, and technical practice representatives * Assists in the daily maintenance of the company business development database Qualifications * 10+ years of marketing experience * Proficient in Microsoft Word * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Knowledge of industry, sales and marketing process Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and InDesign Other Compensation and Benefits Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
