Earth Fare is seeking a skilled and experienced Repair and Maintenance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and assessing all repair and maintenance requests, coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance, and tracking assets. Additionally, you will be tasked with improving reporting and tracking processes. The ideal candidate will possess experience in general repair and maintenance, HVAC repair and maintenance, and refrigerator repair and maintenance. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and maintaining the quality of our products. Key responsibilities include: * Receiving and assessing repair and maintenance requests * Coordinating repairs and maintenance with internal and external resources * Tracking assets and improving reporting and tracking processes * Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations * Collaborating with store management and staff to address maintenance needs Requirements: * Proven experience in general repair and maintenance * Demonstrated experience in HVAC repair and maintenance * Strong background in refrigerator repair and maintenance * Excellent organization and communication skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Travel among stores to assess repairs and need for repairs. Driver's license and acceptable driving record. * Physically able to meet essential functions of the job including climbing, crawling, and lifting up to 60lbs.
