Digital Marketing Specialist, The Diversity Movement Drawing from an international network of credentialed providers and professionals, Workplace Options is the world's largest integrated employee support and work-life services provider. Current opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist, The Diversity Movement Location: US Based - Raleigh, NC preferred but will also consider remote if not NC based. What you will do: The Marketing Specialist, The Diversity Movement (TDM) will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing strategies, driving deeper brand awareness and engagement, while collaborating with TDM team members across content, product, and marketing. Responsibilities: * Manages social media strategy, planning content aligned to marketing objectives, while ensuring compliance with industry best practices and staying on top of trends. * Crafts engaging content for key digital platforms, including social media, email, and website. * Develops shareable and attention-grabbing copy and graphics for social media platforms, tailoring messaging to resonate with target audiences. * Manages podcast promotion for a top 5% podcast including designing graphics, publishing episodes to the website, and promoting on social media * Contributes to the development of email copy for campaigns, newsletters and client communications throughout customer journey. * Conducts social listening to generate research for key campaigns and engage with audience and influencers. * Manages and optimizes YouTube channels for SEO. * Tracks, interprets, and presents social media and email newsletter analytics and trends, creating monthly reports and optimization plans based on data * Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management. Qualifications/Skills: * Exceptional marketing copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging, and conversion-oriented messages for a C-suite audience. * Understanding of SEO principles and experience publishing content that is informed by search engine best practices * Basic design skills with Adobe and/or Canva tools * Experience using social media, email marketing, and web tools such as Hootsuite, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Wordpress. * Ability to leverage data and analytics to refine content and strategies * Excellent project management skills and proficient in prioritization * Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. * Self-starter with a passion for learning new skills and platforms * Understanding of DEI concepts and a passion for advancing inclusive practices (preferred) What we offer: At Workplace Options, we don't just deliver wellbeing services to our clients, we champion wellbeing for our own employees as well.
