Job Description Moneta is searching for a service-minded Finance professional to join one of our Partner teams as a Senior Retirement Plan Client Service Manager. In this role, you will work directly with the team's Advisors and Partners on a wide spectrum of projects that are focused on the client's and participant's needs. Qualities that we look for in a Senior Retirement Plan Client Service Manager include organization, flexibility, strong communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Essential Responsibilities * Assists Advisors and Partners in daily operations and has a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures * Acts as a liaison between the team Advisors and Partners, financial institutions, and service providers * Develops a basic understanding of qualified retirement plans including 401(k), Profit Sharing programs, etc * Develop and establish rapport with all assigned clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor and/or Partner * Works directly with third-party Custodians, Service Providers, and Advisors to meet critical project and industry deadlines * Prepares client reviews, meeting agendas, executive summaries, investment performance reports, and other ongoing client agreements * Coordinates scheduling of client reviews, employee education, and internal team meetings * Organizes and assists in executing action items following client reviews with the Advisors * Coordinates with various other team members and departments to ensure proper data entry and flow through various reporting systems * Works with Advisors on client/employee financial wellness and engagement programs * Assists with internal strategic initiatives and projects for clients and the team * Seeks ongoing industry knowledge through internal classes provided in MonetaU, and relevant designations and licenses Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree preferred with an emphasis in Accounting, Human Resources/Benefits, Business or Finance field * Three or more years of relevant work experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced expertise in Excel * Knowledge of Financial Custodial Systems is a plus (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, etc.) Additional Information Moneta is committed to providing the best possible care for our employees; part of this care includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the wellbeing of employees and their families: * Paid holidays * Paid time off (PTO) * Employer cost-shared medical and dental insurance * Employer paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D insurance, and basic life insurance * 401k Match - 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensation * Discretionary annual profit-sharing bonus * Paid parental leave * Professional development reimbursement * Paid volunteer time off (VTO) * Employee referral incentive bonus program * Onsite wellness programs & rewards * Employee engagement activities Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65.
