About This Role: The Senior Technical Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Crusoe's technical teams. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
