This includes ensuring all team staff are skilled and informed and that they are committed to providing quality care in an efficient manner in accordance with physician's orders and State/Medicare guidelines. Education and Experience Experience Requirements * Minimum of one year experience in home health License Requirements * Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice without restrictions. * Current CPR certification. * Current, driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
