Landscape Workshop, LLC (LW) is a full service landscape company headquartered in Birmingham, AL. We provide high-end integrated landscaping solutions to customers throughout the Southeast. We are forecasting significant growth in our business. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to aggressively drive growth of our commercial landscape management services throughout the Southeast. We are actively looking to hire an experienced sales representative for our Atlanta(Dallas area) branch. The ideal candidate will:
Have a proven track-record for business development, building long term client relationships, and meeting sales and revenue goals.Be an experienced sales HUNTER, especially in the area of business-to-business commercial contract sales.Have strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying and closing business.Take a structured approach to sales.Excel in a commission-based compensation structure with high earning potential.Comfortable with being held accountable for revenue growth.Be tenacious, optimistic, proactive, confident, ambitious, and maintain a high work and ethical standards.Be motivated to make an impact and WIN.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
Drive growth through new client acquisition.Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts.Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met.Develop regional contacts and professional network.Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system.
Required Skills & Experience:
Significant sales or business development experience with commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning or catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales or pest control) or other business to business situations. Proven ability to manage contracts and negotiate contract terms Strong relationship building capabilities Self-driven and self-disciplined Demonstrated ability to be a top producer and an industry leader Extensive business-to-business sales in a full sales lifecycle environment Must be able to travel within targeted territory (occasional overnight travel outside of target territory may be required)
